We are currently recruiting to fill the following position:



The Senior Commercial Credit Analyst will analyze all relevant credit and financial data on new, renewal and existing loans to evaluate the creditworthiness of business lending prospects and existing borrowers in order to assist in the loan decision-making process. Overall responsibilities will include the preparation of spreadsheets, reports, summaries, and opinions for the institution to help ensure the highest loan quality and adherence to loan policies, regulations, and legislation.  The Senior Commercial Credit Analyst will work with the Commercial Lending Department to support the quality growth of the loan portfolio.


Bachelorís degree in business, finance, or accounting with 5+ years progressive work experience in bank credit responsibilities.  Must have financial analysis and loan underwriting experience and have held a position as a credit analyst or possess an equivalent combination of work experience and education.  Strong skills in commercial real estate analysis and documentation skills, including proficiency in spreadsheets and word processing, along with the successful completion of a credit training program are desired.  Experience in the determination of the loan loss provision for the commercial portfolio is also desirable.  The Senior Credit Analyst must possess a strong working knowledge of lending and bank regulatory guidelines.

This position requires an experienced Analyst who is able to deal with staff and co-workers in a positive manner while exchanging information and presenting ideas, facts, and technical information in a clear concise manner both verbally and written.    This position will require the Analyst to perform under stress when confronted with critical time line constraints and large work volumes.
