MANAGER – Bloomfield Office
We
are currently seeking an experienced Branch
Manager with 6-8 yrs. branch management
experience to lead the sales, service, and
operational performance of our Bloomfield
branch office.
As
Branch Manager you will be the primary
representative for the Bank in the Bloomfield
community and will be expected to lead our
participation in community organizations and
events. You will have a strong record of past
sales achievement, extensive interpersonal and
managerial skills and will be accountable for
branch sales, service, and corporate goal
achievement.
Must
possess superior communications skills, verbal
and written, and be computer proficient.
MORTGAGE
LOAN ORIGINATOR

serving its customers for over 75 years.
We are seeking an experienced Mortgage
Loan Originator to originate mortgage loans
and maintain referral business through ongoing
relationships cultivated with real estate
professionals, builders, financial advisors,
attorneys, and other centers of influence.
As a Mortgage Loan Originator
representing Windsor Federal Savings, you will
continually work to expand your referral
network by identifying new opportunities and
developing relationships with these sources.
We are seeking an individual with the
following qualifications:

Extensive mortgage origination experience (4
- 7 years)
-
Proven sales ability with a strong track
record of past mortgage lending sales
success
-
Highly developed customer service and oral
and written communications skills
-
Mortgage product knowledge to include
conventional, portfolio, and government
loans
-
Proficiency with loan origination systems and
personal computers
-
Full understanding of secondary market
guidelines and regulatory requirements
The successful candidate must be able to
accurately assess the financial needs of
potential borrowers and is able to work
independently with minimum supervision.
Full time position; hourly wage plus
commission; comprehensive benefit package.
